Aluminum surface anodizing
Anodizing runs in-house so flashlight bodies get a consistent hard coat: scratch resistance, corrosion protection, and color that repeats across orders.
Standardized assembly lines
Multi-line assembly puts optics, electronics, and hardware together under the same roof. Trained technicians and semi-automated stations keep throughput on the plant, not at a subcontractor.
Quality
Production QC on the floor
Batch consistency is checked on the production floor and in the lab — photometry, 24-hour burn-in, and temperature cycling before cartons leave.
Integrating-sphere photometry
Production lots are checked for lumen, CCT, and spectrum on the integrating sphere so shipped output matches the agreed spec — not a catalog number.
24-hour finished-goods burn-in
Completed lights run a 24-hour continuous-on aging cycle on the racks to catch early LED, switch, or driver failures before packing.
High / low temperature cycling
Environmental chambers run temperature cycles on relevant SKUs before bulk release, to screen units that fail under heat or cold — not just on the bench.
Waterproof and drop tests are run on the SKUs that specify them. Ask for the protocol that matches your model.
Compliance
Factory certificates
Company-level marks. Product certificates sit on the SKU that holds them. Display only — files for a specific program on request.
Export packing
Export packing on the same floor
Cartons are packed and palletized on site so a wholesale repeat leaves the same floor it was built on. Volume orders ship in export cartons, stacked and wrapped for maritime transit.
Warehouse
Finished goods stay in our own warehouse until the container is booked.
Transportation
Palletized cartons load onto the truck or into the container from the same site.
